Material, finish, assembly, delivery
Material, surface finishing, assembly, and delivery can be arranged by job. Welded steel constructions are not the main focus.

Production and checks
Parts are made on CNC lathes, a CNC milling centre, and gear-production machines with in-process checks.

Final inspection and delivery
Finished parts go through final inspection. Assembly, surface finish, or delivery can be arranged by agreement.
Technical capabilities and production limits
The website intentionally communicates concrete capacities. Jobs beyond these dimensions or outside the main focus are reviewed individually.
CNC turning
Up to 500 mm diameter and 1300 mm length on Hyundai KIA CNC lathes.
CNC milling
400 x 800 mm working range on a Hyundai WIA F400 vertical centre programmed through CAM.
Gearing
External gearing up to 1000 mm diameter and module 12; internal gearing up to 450 mm diameter and module 6.
Slotting and grinding
Splining up to 1200 mm length and gear grinding up to 500 mm diameter.
Materials
Steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. Cast iron is reviewed cautiously and is not preferred.
Outside focus
The company does not position itself for demanding welding work or complete welded steel constructions.
